    There is no HOA. Anthem decided the neighbourhood will work well without the use of one.

    Anthem is in charge of neighbourhood maintenance until community construction, and Final Acceptance Certificates (FAC) are complete. After that, Anthem will turn things over to the City
    of Edmonton, which will maintain streets and park spaces, along with providing other essential municipal services for Brenton.

  • When will Brenton be completed?

    The last stages of community development should be complete in 2022, with final lot sales anticipated in 2023 and most home construction finished near the end of 2023.

  • Will my property come with fencing included?

    Some homes may have fencing included if they back on to the community’s natural environmental reserve areas, are along 28 th Ave and backing Glenridding Ravine Drive. Chain link fencing will be used for yards backing onto the reserve areas and wood screen fencing everywhere else.
